Warranty Information

Our products come with a warranty period ranging from 12 to 36 months. For specific details on the warranty period, please refer to the warranty description on the product page at eterior.in. This warranty covers manufacturing or workmanship defects that occur during the warranty period and applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.

Warranty Eligibility:

  • This warranty applies to products purchased after 28th February 2023. This warranty covers purchases made both online and offline from our manufacturing facility/store.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or gradual deterioration from prolonged use.
  • Small cuts, scratches, or damage from improper cleaning methods or impacts/accidents.
  • Damage due to incorrect installation or assembly by the customer.
  • Issues from improper storage, assembly, installation, use, or cleaning (e.g., upholstery may lighten from direct sunlight)
  • Cracks due to product displacement.
  • Wood decay from consistent water exposure.
  • Seasonal climate effects causing solid wood to contract or expand.
  • Natural wood characteristics such as joint lines, wood grains, and seasonal splits.
  • Upholstery fabrics (seat covers) are not covered; warranty applies only to frame and mechanisms.
  • Non-standard dry-cleaning or harsh chemicals.
  • Variations in dimensions up to 2 inches and unevenness up to 5mm due to floor and surface level differences.
Warranty Voidance:

  • Warranty is void if the product is relocated from its original delivery location.
  • Warranty will be null and void if installation, assembly, or repairs are done by unauthorized third parties withut our consent.
Repairs and Claims:

  • Repairs during the warranty period are subject to review and verification of manufacturing defects by our team.
  • For solid wood furniture, natural variations like grain, texture, or color, and characteristics like joint lines and seasonal splits, are not covered.
  • Post-delivery issues such as breakages or marks discovered after delivery acknowledgment are not covered.
  • Repairs are only honored at the shipping address provided at the time of purchase and must not involve alterations or modifications to the original product.
