Refund policy
At eTerior Solutions Private Limited, we strive to provide the best possible customer experience. If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order (part of the order) within 24 hours of the order confirmation. However, cancellations are subject to approval by eTerior.
Returns and Refunds:
In accordance with the Indian Consumer Protection Act, eTerior Solutions Private Limited accepts returns and refunds under specific circumstances.
Buyers have 24 hours after delivery to inspect their item(s) and contact us at assist@eterior.in if they wish to return an item. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery of the product with a valid reason for return. We will handle a refund upon the timely receipt of the products bought if we cannot resolve your complaint or further assist you. All refunds are at the discretion of eTerior Solutions Private Limited.
Damages:
We accept returns only for the following reasons:
- Manufacturing Defect
- Incomplete Product
- Incorrect Product
If you receive an Incorrect product, our expert team will decide whether the product is eligible for return/refund or not. In case any part of the product is damaged, then only a replacement will be provided for that particular part. Please note that minor scratches or tears on the product will not be considered as a damaged product. However, our expert team will make sure that those scratches are taken care of.
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Return and Refund Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at assist@eterior.in. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return confirmation. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception, and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at assist@eterior.in so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days if approved. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The refund will be automatically issued on your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at assist@eterior.in.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, you can do so by contacting our customer support team via email or phone. We will cancel your order and initiate the refund process within 24 hours.
In case of cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, a refund will be initiated after a 5% deduction of order value as a convenience fee.
Post the 24-hour window, you will be charged 25% of the order value as a restocking fee.
The product cannot be canceled after initiating shipment. However, we will ensure that we address all your concerns regarding the product to the best of our abilities.
