At eTerior Solutions Private Limited, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible, currently we are taking 0-7 days for deliver the products. Please read the following shipping policy to understand how we handle your orders.

Shipping Logistics

We have our own Logistic Service to ensure the timely and safe delivery of your orders. Currently, we only deliver products in Bangalore through our logistic partner.


Shipping Time

We strive to dispatch all orders within 0-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Delivery schedules vary depending on the product and the time the order is placed. The minimum delivery timeline is 1 day and the maximum is 7 days.


We make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery. However in adverse situations like Natural Calamities, Logistical issues beyond our control, Unsuitable weather conditions, Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, etc and other Unforeseen Circumstances you may expect an untimely delay.


In the event that you miss your scheduled delivery, our Logistics Partner will reschedule your delivery date up to two times. Upon further unavailability, your delivery will be rerouted to us and you will be charged for the next shipping fee.

Order Tracking

You can track your order status at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Additionally, you can check the order status on the website by accessing the "Orders" section of "My Account". If you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please contact our customer support team at assist@eterior.in.


Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship outside Bengaluru. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.


Shipping Damages

We take utmost care to ensure that your orders are packed and shipped safely. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at assist@eterior.in with photos of the damage and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
